MyChart Patient Portal
Mount Carmel and Mount Carmel Medial Group transitioned to a new patient portal, called MyChart, in October 2021. You can still access your historical medical information from myDoctor’s Office. However, you will only be able to view and read the information in myDoctor’s Office; you will not be able to communicate with your provider and no new information will be added. Mount Carmel and Mount Carmel Medial Group have transitioned to a new patient portal, called MyChart, to better meet your needs. Any new visit information from October 9, 2021 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal.
myDoctor’s Office Patient Portal
Although myDoctor’s Office patient portal is no longer active you can still access historical health information from your Mount Carmel Medical Group office. However, you will only be able to view and read the information; you will not be able to communicate with your provider and no new information will be added.
