Dr. Dasgupta received his medical degree from the Calcutta Medical College and Hospitals and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He went on to complete his fellowship training in Pulmonary and Internal Medicine at the Aintree Chest Center, and his fellowship training in Pulmonary, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundaiton. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine. He is also a Diplomate for the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Dasgupta's special interests include Asthma, Bronchial Thermaplasty, COPD, Circadian Rhythm, Critical Care Medicine, Insomnia, Interstitial Lung Disease, Interventional Bronchoscopy, Lung Nodules/Lung Cancer, Narcolepsy, Periodic Limb Movement Disorder, Shift Work Problems, Sleep Apnea, Sleep Medicine, Snoring, Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome, and Venous Thromboembolic Disease.
