Dr. Hussein received his medical degree from Ohio University. He completed his internship and residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He then went on to complete his fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonology and Interventional Pulmonology. His special interests include Asthma, Bronchial Thermaplasty, Critical Care Medicine, COPD, EBUS, Interstitial Lung Disease, Interventional Pulmonology, Lung Nodules/Lung Cancer, Navigational Bronc, and Pleural Disease.
